This looks good already right?!
I spread some pesto onto the pastry, leaving a small edge, then topped with what I had going.
I kept an eye out for this because you want it cooked through but not with burned edges, mine took around 10-15 minutes. The great thing about this is you can top the pastry with anything you fancy or have in the fridge already and hey presto, a yummy lunch!
Now tell me you don't want to sink your teeth into this scrumptious slice of leftovers! .
